- Ensure a range of cooking and preservation techniques are used to ensure food is presented in the best possible way.
- The food must be produced safely and hygienically to ensure it is of a high quality.
- Ensure every food item is photographed and innovatively presented onto my blog to showcase the way Italians cook and create food.
