Constraints

  1. Items of food must represent the Italian region which the food is from and show off the cultural and individual styles of Italian cooking.
  2. A range of basic and complex processes are to be used to expose myself to diverse ways of cooking.
  3. Ensure a range of cooking and preservation techniques are used to ensure food is presented in the best possible way.
  4. The food must be produced safely and hygienically to ensure it is of a high quality.
  5. Ensure every food item is photographed and innovatively presented onto my blog to showcase the way Italians cook and create food.
